            [0] => Introduction :
Staged trauma to the upper limb occurs in the context of polytrauma and crushing accidents.
The establishment of a complete lesion assessment is imperative.

Case :
A 8-year-old boy, trafic accident.
 Upper limb trauma with elbow edema and forearm deformity.
The X-Ray revealed a dislocation of the elbow , a fracture of the olecranon and a displaced fracture of the distal forearm. Then The child has a bracing of the ulna .
The dislocation was spontaneously reduced we had also fixed the ¼ distal forearm fracture by a pining .
DISCUSSION :
The seriousness of the upper limb trauma is due not only to the bone lesions, but above all to the immediate complications ,frequently found, which can compromise the functional prognosis of the upper limb.
Surgical treatment is the choice occuring a right management of the differents fractures.
In this case the management occurs classifying clearly the fracture .
Finally we should not forget that complications of those lesions are multiple, such as compartment syndrome, stiffness and pseudarthrosis.
Conclusion :
Prognosis essentially depends on the precision of the initial lesion assessment and the precocity and quality of the initial management, which must be multidisciplinary. The association with a nerve lesion is one of the predictive factors of poor results .
